ACM包覆HMX的降感特性研究

摘    要:以HMX(环四亚甲基四硝胺)为主体炸药,4种丙烯酸酯橡胶ACM为粘结剂,采用溶液-水悬浮法制备了HMX基PBX(聚合物粘接炸药),并对PBX进行了表征及撞击感度的测试。结果表明:采用水悬浮法可将丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)包覆在HMX晶体表面,包覆后颗粒呈球状或椭球状;包覆前后HMX晶型未发生变化;4种ACM包覆HMX的热安定性与撞击感度均优于HMX,其中AR-71型ACM包覆HMX的热爆炸临界温度为277.83℃,特性落高H50为66.62cm,综合性能最佳。

Study on the Reduced Sensitivity of HMX Coated with ACM
Abstract:A HMX-based PBXs (polymer bonded explosive) were prepared with water-suspension coating method, using HMX as donor and four types ACM as binder. Then the characterization and the impact sensitivity of PBXs were measured. The results showed that the ACM was well coated HMX on the surface, and the ball shape as well as ellipsoid were all appeared by water-suspension coating method. The crystal shape of HMX was still with the original shape. In addition, the thermal stability and impact sensitivity of HMX that coated by four types ACM were all superior to the initial HMX. Especially, the critical temperature of thermal explosion of HMX coated by AR-71 was 277.83℃, and drop height (H50) was 66.62cm, which has the best comprehensive properties.
