电热火工品复杂电磁波环境综合适应性设计方法研究

摘    要:为寻找电热火工品复杂电磁波环境适应性设计方法,对常用的电热火工品电磁波环境适应性设计方法进行比较分析,重点研究了TVS二极管滤波元器件对电热火工品连续及脉冲电磁波环境下的响应特性影响;试制了TVS二极管滤波元器件电磁波环境适应性电热火工品验证样品,并对验证样品进行了发火和输出性能试验。结果表明TVS二极管能够有效衰减复杂电磁波环境下的感应电流,并且验证样品较原产品性能无明显差异。

Study on the Complex Electromagnetic Compatibility Designing Method for Hot Bridge-wire EEDs
Abstract:In order to propose the compatibility designing method of hot bridge-wire electric explosive device(EEDs) in complex electromagnetic environment, several general designing methods were compared, and the method of TVS diodes added in hot bridge-wire EEDs was studied emphatically. Meanwhile, the tested samples were prepared, and the fire and output tests were carried out. The study showed that TVS diodes can effectively attenuate the induced current in complex electromagnetic environment, and the performance of tested samples hasn’t changed obviously.
