可调节防倒钢装置在TBS成型工艺中的应用

摘    要:在HFW焊管的生产过程中,为了避免钢带出现倒钢现象,提高HFW焊管生产效率和成材率,对现有TBS成型设备和工艺进行了分析研究,提出了TBS成型设备的改进方案,设计了一种可调节防倒钢装置。该装置可安装在TBS成型机架的出入口两侧,并可根据钢管不同规格进行适当上下调节。应用结果表明,该可调节防倒钢装置适合直径为Φ219~Φ610 mm所有规格HFW焊管的生产,可有效对钢带进行限位,既提高了生产效率,又保证了产品质量。

Adjustable Avoiding Steel Strip Side Turn Device in the Application of TBS Forming Process
Abstract:In HFW pipe production process, in order to avoid the phenomenon of the steel strip side turn, improve production efficiency and qualified product ratio of HFW pipe, it analyzed and studied the existing TBS forming equipment and process, put forward the improvement scheme of TBS forming equipment, designed a kind of adjustable avoiding steel strip side turn device, this device can be installed on either side of the TBS forming frame gateway, and can be properly adjusted according to different steel pipe specification. The application result indicated that this device is suitable for HFW pipe production ofΦ219~Φ610 mm, is effective to limit steel strip. It can not only improve the production efficiency, but also ensure the quality of the product.
