摘    要:应用热重法(TG)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)对不同配比的斯蒂芬酸铅(LS)/硝化棉(NC)、二硝铅(LD)/硝化棉(NC)的热分解特性进行了研究;采用高速摄影系统和电源系统完成了基于MEMS微型发动机的点火试验,测得了不同配比的LS/NC和LD/NC的点火功率。研究结果表明:NC对LD的热敏性与能量的影响并不明显,而NC能够提高LS的热敏感性与能量;配比为5:5的LS/NC推进剂的最小点火功率为2.16W,点火响应速度较快且放热量高,适合作为微推进器装药。

Study on the Charge Selection of Micro-motors Based on MEMS
Abstract:Thermal decomposition characteristics of different proportions of lead styphnate(LS) / nitrocelluloset(NC), lead dinitramide(LD) / nitrocellulose(NC) were studied by thermogravimetry (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The ignition and combustion process of different proportions of LS / NC and LD/NC were investigated in packaged combustion chamber, by using high-speed camera system, as well as the ignition power of LS/NC and LD/ NC with different proportions was measured. Results indicated that the heat-sensitivity and energy of LD was not improved obviously by adding nitrocellulose, while the heat-sensitivity and energy of LS was increased. When the proportion of LS/NC is 5:5, the lowest ignition power of the charge is 2.16W, the ignition response rate is fast, and the release heat is high, which show the charge is suitable as micro-thruster charge.
