摘    要:为了获得32Mn6钢调质升级为N80Q钢级石油套管的热处理工艺,研究和分析了32Mn6钢的相变温度和淬透性,制定了试验条件下的调质热处理工艺,并进行了试验研究。试验结果显示,32Mn6钢经过调质(淬火+回火)处理后,得到了回火索氏体组织,具有良好的综合力学性能,满足石油套管性能的需求,其各项指标均达到API 5CT规范对N80Q钢级套管要求。研究表明,作为水淬钢种,32Mn6钢可用来生产N80Q钢级油套管。最后结合金相图对不同回火温度下的组织进行了分析,确定了32Mn6生产N80Q钢级的热处理工艺。

Study on a Kind of Economical Heat Treatment Technology for N80Q Grade Casing
Abstract:In order to obtain the oil casing steel heat treatment process of 32Mn6 steel upgraded to N80Q grade, it researched and analyzed the transformation temperature and hardenability of 32Mn6 steel, formulated tempering heat treatment process under experimental conditions and conducted experimental study. Test results showed that the sorbite organization was obtained for 32Mn6 steel after quenching and tempering treatment, it has the good comprehensive mechanical properties, which can meet the performance requirements of oil casing, and the various indexes reach the requirements of API 5CT standard. Research showed that as water quench steel grade, 32Mn6 steel can be used to product N80Q steel grade oil casing. Finally, combined with metallographic figure, the microstructures were analyzed under different tempering temperature, determined the heat treatment process of 32Mn6 steel to produce N80Q grade oil casing steel.
