板对接立位实芯焊丝CO_2气体保护焊焊接工艺研究

摘    要:为保证培训选手在"嘉克杯"国际焊工大赛中取得较好成绩,针对该比赛的实芯焊丝CO2气体保护焊比赛项目,即板对接立位实芯焊丝CO2气体保护焊展开了研究,通过工艺参数的细化调整,操作手法的改进,包括改进对口间隙、焊枪角度、摆动方式及控制热输入等措施,改善了焊缝根部及盖面成形,提高了接头质量,达到了提高选手焊接操作水平、控制焊缝外观成形和内部缺陷的目的。

Vertical Position Solid Core Wire CO2 Gas Shielded Welding Technology Research for Plate Butt Joint
Abstract:In order to gurantee training players acquire good achievements in “JIA KE CUP” competition, it studied the competition item of CO2 gas shielded welding, that is vertical position solid core wire CO2 gas shielded welding for plate butt joint. Through adjusting process parameters, improving operating methods, including improving the interface gap, welding gun angles, swing mode and controlling heat input, it improved root of weld and cover forming, increased welding joint quality, enhanced the welding operation level of player, and controlled weld appearance shape and internal defects.
