斜齿扭带传热强化及其自动清洗

摘    要:大多数传热设备的管内流速较低,传热系数低,又容易结垢,运行效率低下.塑料光滑扭带具有自动清洗和传热强化的双重功能,结构又很简单,但传热强化功能不强.本文研究的斜齿扭带及其自动清洗技术,能够在0.5m/s以上的较低流速下自动清洗管内的污垢,具有很高的推广价值.

Abstract:The flow velocity of cooling water in heat transfer tubes is generally low and scaling easily takes place,which causes low operational efficiency.Smooth twisting belt made of plastics is simple in structure and pocesses the double functions of self-cleaning and heat transfer ,but heat transfer is not large enough. Bevel-toothed twisting belt and its self-cleaning technology can self-clean contaminants at low velocity of above 0.5m/s.and is of great spreading value.
