摘    要:将各种原始误差均视为随机变量 ,对平面凸轮类机构的凸轮与滚子的形状误差、铰链与移动副的间隙、磨损量、凸轮与滚子的偏心、凸轮偏距圆尺寸误差等各项随机变量分别进行了分析 ;应用微小位移的线性迭加原理综合出各项误差引起的机构运动输出总误差 ,并建立了机构运动精度可靠性分析模型。通过实例计算 ,获得了一些有意义的结论

Abstract:Taking various original errors in the cam mechanism as random variables, we analyzed the shape error of cam and roller, the clearance of hinged joint and removal pair, the quantity of abrasion, the eccentricity of cam and roller, and size error of cam setover circle. According to the principle of linear pile up of small displacement, the reliability model of cam mechanism kinematic accuracy is built. The reliability of the mechanism output kinematic accuracy is analyzed and calculated, and some important conclusions are obtained.
