一种数字倾角仪自标定系统的研制

介绍一种利用高精度的步进电机对数字倾角仪进行标定的自标定系统。该标定系统利用固定于步进电机转轴上的数字倾角仪随步进电机旋转，一方面通过步进电机旋转的步数得到具体的旋转角度，另一方面通过单片机记录微加速度计的信号输出而达到标定数字倾角仪的目的。经过实践证明，该自标定系统具有标定速度快，效率高和精度好等优点。

Design of an Auto-demarcation System of Digital Inclinometer

This paper introduces an auto-demarcation system of digital inclinometer which is mainly in virtue of a high precision step motor. Firstly,fix a digital inclinometer on the rotor of a step motor,and so the digital inclinometer will circumvolve with the rotor of step motor step by step. Secondly, by the number of circumvolving steps we can learn the value of angle of the inclinometer circumvolving ,and at the same time we record the output of accelerometer by a MCU. Thus ,in fact we have record the relation of angle and the output of accelerometer. And so the demarcation goal is achieved. We use this auto--demarcation system to demarcate some digital inclinometers ,and it is proved to be an excellent system which has the advantage of high speed,efficiency and precision,etc.
