低渗透油田微生物采油现场试验研究

摘    要:在徐家围子低渗透油田开展了微生物采油现场试验。试验采用一组由产气的甲烷球菌、分解石蜡杆菌和产生物表面活性剂的芽孢杆菌组成的配伍菌,改善低渗透油田水驱效果差、油井产量递减率偏高的生产问题。试验结果表明,4口试验井已累计增油534.3t,有效期超过110d,投入产出比达1:2.4以上。为高含蜡低渗透油田的增产提供了一条可行的途径。

Abstract:A field test of MEOR was performed in Xujiaweizi low permeability oilfield.A set of specific compatible bacteria composed of bacterium producing methane, bacterium degrading paraffin and bacillus producing biosurfactant were used to improve the problems of low water flooding effect in low permeability oilfield and high decreasing rate of oil yield in oil well. The field test showed that the accumulative increased oil yield of four tested well was 534.3 t and the effective period exceeded 110 days.The input - output ratio was above 1:24. A viable method was provided for EOR in low permeability oilfield.
