摘    要:采用方形坯料深拉延圆筒形件是一项新技术。在拉延过程中,将方形坯料压边区域分成两部分,一部分为直边压边区,另一部分为角部压边区,控制角部压边力小于直边压边力,使金属从角部到壁部的流动量增大,因而能使大量角部金属流向壁部,提高材料利用率。本文研究了方形坯料深拉延圆筒形件压边力控制方法,并设计了模具结构.经过实验验证,模具结构合理、简单、适用。

Abstract:With square blank to draw cylinder is a newly technology. In deep drawing with square blank, the area of blank holding is divided into two parts, one of them is corner area, and another is straight area. The blank holding force in corner is lower than that of straight area. The materials in corner will move easily from corner to deformation field. The waste of material will decrease, and utilization ratio of material will be increasing. Die of deep drawing with square blank is designed,and the structure is simple and useful.
