| 摘 要： | 在归纳总结了微机系统板树形结构的基础上,采用诊断卡这一系统板诊断工具的设计思想,运用微功能测试的方法对系统板树形的硬件电路及芯片进行搜索,根据功能通路判据规则进行准芯片级的故障定位,并采用有效时序过程检测方法实现了诊断算法,以达到迅速、有效、准确定位故障的目的。

| Abstract: | This paper gives a new approach to the fault diagnosis in the microcomputer sys- tem boards.The tree structure of various microcomputer system board is summarized in this paper,and the method of micro-functional test using diagnosis adapter cards is provided.The algorithm of searching the tree structure for faults is also proposed in this paper. |
