羧甲基纤维素膜分离铁锰实验研究

摘    要:以FeCl3改性羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)膜,将其由水溶性膜改性为不溶性膜,并将此膜作为阳离子交换膜应用于以电渗析方式分离由废酸浸取贫菱锰矿得到的硫酸锰溶液中高浓度的铁和锰,结果表明:用EDTA选择络合铁时分离效果良好。

Abstract:An insoluble CMC - Fe membrane was prepared by linking soluble sodium carboxymethylcellulose with. As a cation exchange membrane in electrodialysis, the membrane was used to treat manganese sulfate solution with high concentration of manganese ion and ferrous which was obtained from the reaction of the waste acid and the poor rhodoehrosite. Results showed that it had a preferable separation effect usingas a complexion complex selectively with iron ion.
