摘 要: | 地下室侧墙混凝土裂缝控制是建筑工程裂缝控制的难点。侧墙结构开裂的关键原因在于结构快速降温过程中很大的温度收缩。基于此,从膨胀补偿混凝土收缩及削弱温峰、控制温降速率的角度,在混凝土中掺入复合了CaO高效膨胀剂和水化调控型化学外加剂的HME-V混凝土(温控、防渗)高效抗裂剂是行之有效的方法。这一技术途径在江苏广电城2期工程中得到了成功应用。

Abstract: | Sidewall cracking of basements is the most difficult and key point for the cracking inhibiting of building structures. It has been indicated that the key reason of cracking is the high temperature shrinkage caused by rapid cooling process of concrete structure,and based on which,the application of HME( temperature-inhibiting,antipermeability) high cracking resistance admixture compounded with the high efficient expansion agent and chemical hydration regulation agent has been proved to be an effective way from the perspectives of compensating concrete shrinkage,weakening temperature peak and controlling cooling rate. This technological approach has been successfully applied in the project of the second-stage construction of Jiangsu radio and television city. |
