基于DSP双环控制不间断电源的研究

摘    要:研究了一种基于DSP数字控制的5kVA在线式不间断电源系统。该方案采用电感电流和输出电压瞬时值双环控制,以提高输出稳定性和动态响应。介绍了基于Infineon XC164CM DSP控制的逆变器及整个系统逻辑控制的设计方案。同时采用Infineon的IGBT模块F4-100R06KL4来构筑了不间断电源的功率部分。最后给出了试验结果,验证了设计的正确性。

Abstract:A 5 kVA on-line digital controlled UPS based on DSP is presented. To improve the steady state operation and dynamic response, a dual-loop control strategy which incorporates the inductor current and the instantaneous output voltage has been used. The system based on Infineon XC164CM DSP that controls the inverter and the system logic operation is introduced. The power part of the UPS consists of Infineon F4-100R06KL4 IGBT module. The experimental result is given and has proved the design is correct.
