不锈钢薄板激光焊热源模型的探讨

摘    要:通过实际施焊试验,优选出1.2mm厚不锈钢板对接激光焊的焊接工艺参数,用该参数在ANSYS有限元分析软件中对其焊接温度场进行了模拟.建立高斯表面热源与双椭球体热源叠加的组合热源模型,通过对焊缝截面形状的比较探讨了该组合热源中的两种热源模型的功率分配.选用面热源与体热源功率之比为3∶7时模拟出的焊缝截面形状与实际施焊的结果最为接近,并且显著优于采用单个热源模型加热时的模拟结果.

Abstract:Butt laser welding parameters of 1.2mm thick stainless steel plate are selected by practical welding test,welding temperature field based on the parameters is simulated by finite element software ANSYS. A combination of heat source model is established,which is superimposed by the gauss plane heat source and the double ellipsoid volumetric heating source,the power distribution of the combination of heat source model is explored through comparison of weld cross-section shape. While the power of plane heat source and volumetric heating source is at the ratio of 3∶7,the simulated results of the weld cross-section shape is most close to the actual results,which is significantly better than the simulated results of a single heat source model during heating.
