摘    要:本文介绍了普通圆柱蜗杆减速器优化设计模型及其计算程序,并就普通圆柱蜗杆减速器的散热计算及数表和线图的程序化等问题进行了探讨。文中提出了蜗杆头数Z_1,蜗轮齿数Z_2,蜗杆直径系数q,模数m圆整和标准化的“二多一大一小”原则。

Abstract:In this paper the mathematical model and the computation program for the optimal design of commom cylindrical worm decelerator are prcsented. The radiation of it, the programming of the date table and dia gram are dis- cussed. The principle of "two more-one large-one small" of the integralization and standardization about the head number (Z_1) of worm, the gear number (Z_2) of worm gear, the diameter coefficient (q) of worm and the modulus (m) are put forward.
