正确规定水电工程的防洪标准涉及工程的安全和经济效益 ,也是一项极其重要的技术性政策。国标“防洪标准”中对水电工程等级划分标准作了修改 ,并对过去一直延用的低水头大流量河流上水电工程和河床式电站的防洪标准以及近期发展起来的抽水蓄能电站的防洪标准都作了新规定。结合建设实践发现 ,国标中存在一些需要解决的问题 ,希望引起有关方面的重视

Several problems of the flood control standards on hydro project

The correct stipulation for the hydroengineering standards involves in the safety and economic benefit of the project and also is a very importanttechnical policy. In the national flood control standard,the classification standards on the hydro- engineering grades have been revised.Some new stipulations have been made in the flood control standards for those projects, such as the hydropower projects in the rivers with lower water head and large discharge,the power stations in the river chan- nel,and the pumped-storage power plants that are developed in recent years.In the construction practice,it is found that there are some problems to be solved in the national flood control standards,which should be paid attention to by the parties concerned
