| 摘 要： | 广州市河流水系丰富,水在支撑广州经济社会发展和城市生态环境改善方面发挥着重要作用。在分析构筑广州生态水城战略意义基础上,提出了生态水城建设的总体思路、格局和目标,并从水资源安全保障体系、防洪潮减灾体系、水生态系统健康调控体系、水景观与水文化体系等方面阐述了水城保障体系建设的构想。

| Abstract: | Guangzhou City owns a number of river systems, and water plays a critical role in supporting social and economic development and eco-environment restoration. Over strategy and specific target for the construction of ecological-friendly water city is proposed based on analysis of its strategic meaning. Proposed ideas for safeguarding water city are introduced in the aspects of water resources safeguarding system, flood control and disaster reduction, ecosystem health regulation system, water scenery and culture protection system. |
