气相色谱技术在革兰氏阳性无芽孢厌氧杆菌鉴定中的应用

摘    要:使用气相色谱技术分析革兰氏阳性无芽孢厌氧杆菌的代谢产物,发现此技术在这类菌的菌属确定上有重要意义。一般来说,双歧杆菌其主要代谢产物是乙酸和乳酸,大致上比例为1.5~3:1,而乳酸杆菌属菌种其主要代谢产物是乳酸,而乙酸产量仅为乳酸的1/5~1/10左右。再通过生化性状鉴定,可进一步确定它们的菌种名称。

Abstract:We used gas chromatography examining metabolite of anaerobic bacteria and found gas chrompaiography is of great importance in identification gram positive non-spore anaerobic bacillus genus. Usually,the main metabolite of bificlobacieria is acetic acid and lactic acid approximately in proportion of 3 : 1,whereas lactobacillus' main metabolite is lactic acid,acetic acid is about l/5~1/10 of lactic acid's amount. According to the gas chromatography results and biochemistry analysis,bacteria species can be determined.
