| 摘 要： | QoS issues are widely being studied for Internet. It is a key issue to how effectively control open resources of network in term of user's QoS need. In this paper, we formulize the resources of network and analyze its status.Further, we analyze competition for the resource of network between applications and user's need, and then point out the object of resources allocation. This paper will be useful reference for QoS study.
