| 摘 要： | 通用试题库系统是为了满足各种考试特别是合格性考试命题客观化、合理化的需要而开发的。通过合理组织数据，以考题库为基础，以试卷样板库为依托，以考点库为纽带，运用带一定随机性的试题组织策略，可以开发出所需各种科目的试题库。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces a software system, which developed for formulating questions for various tests or examinations objectively and rationally.Above the softwere system, it is not diffcult to design various warhouses of test question for various subjects by oxqanising data reasonably, using some stochastic organising tactics. The design bases on the bank of test questions, the bank of endrination paper templetes, and the bank of exdrination points. The examination paper could be set automahcdiy, flexi-bly, orderly and efficiently. |
