摘    要:针对我国目前大部分的分离器处于结构仿制或经验改造的状况,存在设备体积大,分离效率不高等问题,利用PW技术对分离器内填料安放区不放填料、从底部到顶部放满填料和填料区底部掏空(其余部分放满填料)3种结构,沿流动方向分四个区域进行分离器内部流场测试。从测试结果表明,3种结构的分离器不同程度地存在流动死区、旋涡区和流动“短路”等现象,从而缩短了待处理液在分离器内的停留时间,减小了有效分离空间,阻碍了重力沉降分离,降低了分离效率。建议采用从底部进液、均匀化流速等改进措施。

Abstract:In the light of the status of homemade oil-gas-water separators being large-sized and operating with low efficiency, the internal flow field in four various areas of separators with three kinds of structures is tested by means of PIV technolo gy. Test results show that, there are zero flowing velocity area, vortex area and flow "short circuit" inside the separator, and this shortens the time for the treated liquid to stay in the separator, reduces the effective separation space, retards the gravity descending separation, and lowers the separation efficiency. Measures for improvement are offered, such as mak ing the liquid entering the separator from the bottom and keeping uniform flowing.
