虚拟仪器在深孔轴线直线度测量中的应用

摘    要:介绍了应用LabVIEW开发的深孔轴线直线度测量虚拟仪器的测量原理 :通过图像采集卡得到包含直线度信息的图像 ,并对图像进行数字图像处理和直线度评定 ,得出深孔轴线直线度的误差值。实际应用表明 :利用LabVIEW平台开发的测量仪器具有编程灵活简易、测量效率高、软件维护性好和界面美观的优点。

Abstract:The measuring principle of the virtual instrument for measurement of deep hole axis straightness developed by using the Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench (LabVIEW) is introduced. Based on the LabVIEW,the images contained with information of axis straightness can be got by the acquisition,and also be processed and evaluated. The practical application shows that the measurement instrument based on the LabVIEW development platform has the characteristics of programming flexibility,simplification,high efficiency,good software maintainability and interface panel.
