钢芯铝绞线的拉-扭耦合效应计算

摘    要:由于捻角因素的影响,钢芯铝绞线在实际应用中往往会产生耦合效应。其中,拉-扭耦合效应对股线防滑具有积极作用。对拉-扭耦合效应的作用原理进行理论分析,以JL/G1A-500-54/7型钢芯铝绞线作为计算实例,最终获得该效应与股层节径比的关系,并为股线防滑提出了一些建议。

Abstract:The ACSR will produce simultaneously some coupling effects in practical application because of the impact of spiral angle.The tension-torsion coupling effect has a positive effect for the slip-resistance of strand wire.This paper takes the theoretical analysis about the tension-torsion coupling effect and selecting JL/G1A- 500-54/7 as a computation example.The relationship between the tension-torsion coupling effect and pitch di- ameter ratio is obtained ultimately,and some suggestions about slip-resistance of strand wire axe also advanced.
