| Abstract: | Considering No.5 boiler air preheater fouling event in Luohuang Power Plant,the paper gets the conclusion of the air preheater fouling cause through a detailed analysis from the theoretical and practical aspects,that is,the wall temperature of the heating surface is below the gas dew point,which is caused by SO3 in the flue gas condensed into sulfuric acid on the heated surface leading to low-temperature corrosion of metal.Therefore,the paper proposes to increase the wall temperature of the heat surfacing f... |
