摘    要:在小型提升管催化裂化试验装置上,参照胜利炼油厂催化裂化装置的工艺条件,对新型降烯烃催化剂GOR-Q与该厂原用的ZC-7000催化剂进行对比评价试验。结果表明:采用GOR-Q催化剂所得汽油烯烃含量比采用ZC-7000催化剂降低约12个百分点,有望 在工业装置使用后满足清洁燃料对烯烃含量的要求。

Abstract:A newly developed GOR Q catalyst for reducing olefin content in FCC naphtha was evaluated in a laboratory scale riser FCC testing unit in comparison with the ZC 7000 catalyst originally used in the commercial unit . The evaluation result showed that the olefin content in cracked naphtha of the former was 12 percentages less than that of the latter; the LPG, naphtha and total liquid yields as well as conversion of the former were somewhat higher. It was expected to fulfill the olefin content of clean fuel requirement in commercial application.
