大学多校区心理整合策略研究

摘    要:对大学多校区有关概念进行定义;提出物理校区和心理校区、物理整合与心理整合等新概念,论述心理整合是多校区建设之关键所在;提出观念及行为指导系统、学校标志系统、信息沟通渠道、校内外环境等方面的心理整合策略,以为多校区大学的和谐统一提供强大的心理支持力,增强大学魅力与感染力、沟通与理解力、活力与创生能力等;同时,对保护与发展分校区特色,强化其办学的主动积极性和独立创生能力等,也进行了阐述。

Abstract:This paper defines concepts related to multi-campus universities,puts forward such new concepts as physical campus and psychological campus,physical integration and psychological integration,demonstrates that psychological integration is the key to the construction of multi-campus universities,and sets forth such psychological integration strategies as guiding system for concepts and behaviors,university symbolic system,communication channels,and the environments within and outside the campuses so as to provide strong psychological support for the harmony of multi-campus universities,to enhance university charm and inspiration,communication and understanding,vitality and creativity.And in the meantime,this paper expatiates on the protection and development of new campus characteristics,the strengthening of the school-running initiatives and independent creativities.
