Abstract:In order to analyze the factors having effect on economic growth of E commerce, the economic growth process of E commerce is divided into three stages; growth stage, stabilization stage and re growth stage. These three different stages are analysed using several economic growth theories, a set of factor structure is proposed for each stage of the economic growth process of E commerce.
