干海参线粒体的提取与纯化研究

摘    要:以干海参为原料,采用优化后的溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTAB)法提取其线粒体,通过A260/A280值、琼脂糖凝胶电泳和PCR检测,对所得线粒体溶液进行定量,定性分析和综合比较,为干海参的分了生物学研究提供了一套迅速、经济和可靠的技术方案。

Abstract:The mitochondria of dried sea cucumbers extracted with optimized CTAB method. The quantitative and qualitative analyses through the calculation of A26dA280. Agarose gel electrophoresis and PCR were carded out. The results showed that comparing with other methods, the traditional CTAB method would give quicker and more, economical and dependable results.
