安棚特低孔特低渗油气藏酸化技术研究及应用

摘    要:安棚油田属于特低孔特低渗油气藏,储层温度高,碳酸盐、敏感性矿物含量高。针对储层特征,通过室内研究,研究出针对性强、缓速性能好、耐温高、腐蚀速度低、防二次沉淀能力强、低伤害的SJ酸化技术。该技术在安2037井获得成功,日注水量由酸化前泵压26 MPa地层不吸水上升到酸化后25 MPa下的70 m~3左右,达到了配注要求,目前继续有效。现场施工的成功对安棚油田注水井下步酸化工作的开展具有重要的指导和借鉴意义。

Abstract:Anpeng oil field belongs to especially low pore and low permeability reservoir, which has high formation temperature and high carbonate and sensitive mineral content. The acidizing using SJ technology which is characterized in good slow speed and high heat - resistance and low corrosion velocity had been developed according to the formation characteristics of Anpeng reservoir by laboratory study. This technology had successfully been used in 2037 well. The injection rate increased from 0 under 26 MPa to about 70 m /d under 25 MPa and met the demand of injection. Now its effect continues to maintain. The success of acidizing 2037 well has significance to latter acidizing of injection well in Anpeng oil field.
