提高小口径深孔阀门密封面抗高温水蒸气腐蚀性能的研究

摘    要:设计了一套高温水蒸气腐蚀的试验装置,利用这套装置对比了用于小口矩深孔阀门密封面上的三种焊层的抗高温水蒸气腐蚀性能,这三种焊层分别为:激光熔覆WF141合金层,手工电弧堆焊“丝111”和“堆547Mo”合金层。采用金相显微镜、X射线射仪、扫描电镜和能谱分析仪对腐蚀试样进行了分析,讨论了合金成分、焊层工艺等对密封面高温水蒸气腐蚀行为的影响,结果表明,激光熔覆WF141合金层具有优异的抗高温水蒸气腐蚀性

Abstract:A device was made to test the corrosion resistance of three kinds of coatings in high temperature steam. These coatings are laser-clad WF141 coating,manual are surfaced "wire 111" and "pile 547Mo" coatings which have been applied to the sealing surface of the valve. The tested specimens were analyzed using optical microscope,X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer. The effect of the coatings' compositions and the cladding processes on the behaviour of high temperature steam corrosion has also been discussed. The result shows that the laser-clad WF141 coating possesses the best corrosion resistance to high temperature steam compared with other applied coatings.
