系统分析方法在火电厂主机评标中的应用

摘    要:以前火电厂主机评标过程中存在的问题有 :影响因素多且杂乱无序 ;因素权重无分配方法 ;分值计算仅采用加权平均 ;人为主观因素对最终结果影响较大等。采用系统工程原理解决主机评标的系统分析方法 ,运用建模、预测、优化、仿真、评价等技术对系统的各因素进行定性与定量的分析 ,选择最优化或满意的系统方案可以克服这些缺陷。从某新建火电厂主机评标采用系统分析方法来看 ,结果令人满意。

Abstract:Many significant problems existed in appraisal of the bidding documents for main equipment of thermal power plants before, including many disorder and unsystematic effecting factors, no distribution method for factor weighting, value calculation only applied for weighted mean and final results effected seriously by personal subjective factors. Application of systematic analysis method, establishment of modular, prediction, optimization, simulation and appraisal techniques are used to make a qualitative and quantitative analysis on all system factors for selection of the optimum or satisfactory option. The practice result of the systematic analysis method used for a bidding appraisal of main equipment in a certain power plant showed a satisfactory result. [
