摘    要:本文以丙烯酸和氯化锌为原料,采用溶液聚合的方法,对丙烯酸单体进行聚合,然后再与锌离子配合,生成一种配合物鞣剂。实验中运用正交试验的方法,对合成条件进行了优选,研究并讨论了合成路线、单体浓度、引发剂用量、反应时同、稳定剂用量等因素对合成反应的影响,从而得出了合成聚丙烯酸与锌配合物鞣剂的最佳合成条件.

Abstract:By taking acrylic and zinc chloride as the raw chemicals, the acrylic monomer was polymerized through the way of solution polymerization, then co-ordinated with zinc to give a complex tanning agent. The way of the orthogonal experiment was taken to optimize the synthetic condition, and at the same time, the effects of factors, such as the synthetic way, monomer concentration, dosage of initiator, reation time, stabilizer offer, etc. , on the synthetic reactions were studied and discussed. As a result, the best synthetic conditions of complex tanning agent of polyacrylic and zinc were obtained.
