摘    要:以隐色染料结晶紫内酯、溶剂十六醇、显色剂对羟基苯甲酸苄酯为原料制备有机类可逆热致变色材料,并确定了隐色染料、显色剂和溶剂的最佳配比为1:3:30。在可逆热致变色材料中,溶剂主要决定可逆热致变色材料的变色温度,显色剂主要决定可逆热致变色材料颜色的深浅,隐色染料本身决定了可逆热致变色材料的颜色及隐定性等性能。微胶囊化结果表明,微胶囊产品能增强可逆热致变色材料的热稳定性,可增加材料的抗溶剂性,且材料不易流失。

Abstract:A kind of ogamie reversible thermochromatie material was prepared with the crystal violet lactone as leuco dye, cetanol as solvent and benzy P-hydroxybenzoate as ingrain agent. The optimum ratio of the leuco dye. ingrain agent and solrent was determined as 1: 3:30. In the material. the solvent decided the temperature to change color, the ingrain agent decided the color shade and the leuco dye itself decided the properties such as the color and stability of the reversible thermochromatic material. The results indicate that when the reversible thermochromatic material is microcapsuled, its thermal stability is enhanced, its resistance to solvent improves, and its loss during usage reduces.
