生产球铁铸管的球化处理工艺改进

介绍了用于球铁铸管生产的冲入法、喂线法和转包球化处理工艺。冲入法由于污染严重、易出现衰退等原因,被喂线法取代;而实际生产中喂线法球化处理效果不是很稳定,为了满足生产,改为转包球化处理方法。通过对转包法进行去掉反应室、N2输送钝化Mg粒等措施,不仅简化了球化操作过程,而且球化稳定性得到提高,满足了高节奏的连续生产。
