| Abstract: | The full continuous casting production in No.1 hot rolling plant has longer conveying time required by the billet to be charging in the middle link, and the heat loss is very big after the billet withdrawing from the caster. For solving these problems, carry on the technical modification to the rotary tray, as the result the hot charging temperature is improved, the energy consumption is lowered and the production rhythm is accelerated. |
