纳米复合丙烯酸共聚浆料的制备与浆纱性能

摘    要:淀粉类浆料,聚乙烯醇(PVA)浆料和聚丙烯酸类浆料是常用的三大类纺织浆料,但由于环保问题,近年来发达国家已经提出禁止使用PVA作为纺织浆料,因而不用或少用PVA仍然是近几年我国纺织浆料的发展方向。纳米复合材料是近年来发展起来的新型材料,聚合物/无机纳米复合材料是将无机纳米结构单元分散于聚合物基体中所形成的复合材料。无机材料具有极好的耐热性、阻燃性、高强度和高刚性,而聚合物材料具有良好的柔韧性,将两种材料在纳米尺度上复合,就可以结合聚合物和无机纳米材料的优点,从而大幅度地提高聚合物的力学性能。将无机材料与丙烯酸类浆料进行纳米尺度上复合制备纳米复合丙烯酸浆料,也有可能提高现有丙烯酸类浆料的浆纱性能。

Abstract:The starch class pulp,the polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) pulp and the polypropylene acids pulp are the commonly used three big kinds of textile pulp,but as a result of the environmental protection,the developed countries already proposed the prohibition of using PVA as a textile pulp,thus no use or little use of PVA is our countrg's spinning and weaving pulp development direction in recent years.A nanometer compound material is a new type of material developed in recent years,and the polymer/inorganic nanometer compound material formed by dispersing the inorganic nanometer structural unit into the polymeter is a type of compound material.The inorganic material has extremely good thermal stability and anti-burn nature,high strength,and high rigidity,but the polymer material has good flexibility,two kinds of materials in nanometer criterion compound may unify the polymer and the inorganic nanometer material merits,thus largely enhance the polymer mechanics performance.The nanometes 6compound acrylic alid pulp made by compounding the inorganic material with the propylene acid pulp,according to the nanometer criterion,has the possibility to enhance the sizing performance of the existing propylene acid pulp.
