| 摘 要： | 矿产安全与环境和矿区经济的持续发展是统一的整体，我国矿业安全与环境问题严峻，因环境问题造成的人员伤亡和经济损失极大。分析了矿山安全与环境和矿区经济发展的相互辨证关系，提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | The mine safety and environment and the continued development is a unified universe. The condition of our country's mine safety and environment is severe. The casualties of people and economic losses caused by environment problems have been extremely great. The mutual dialectical relationship between the safety and environment and the mining area economic development is analyzed, some suggestions are given. |
