摘    要:为对船舶动力装置振动系统的高频振动问题进行准确的隔振效果预测,并能全面考虑非刚性基础和橡胶减震器驻波效应对系统隔振效果的影响,本文从结构动力学角度出发构造了一种有限元分析模型,并对包括振源——橡胶减震器——非刚性基础这样一个完整的隔振系统的隔振效果进行了理论和实验两个方面的分析.通过与传统隔震设计方法、本文物理模型的解析解和实验所得结果进行的比较可知,有限元分析模型绐出的隔振效果预测值在中高频范围(200~1000Hz)最为接近实验结果,从而为船舶动力装置高频隔振分析提供了一个可行的途径.

Abstract:For the accurate estimation of the vibration isolation effect of the complex marine power plants, and for the overall consideration of the action of nonrigid foundation and the standing wave in rubber mounts on isolation effect of vibration systems, a finite element model of structure dynamics is proposed.The proper analyses in theory and some experiments on the vibration isolation effect for the vibration system consisting of vibration source, rubber mounts and nonrigid foundation are conducted.The calculation results by using the finite eement method are closer to that of experiments in the frequency range of 200-1000Hz than classical one.It means that the given method is practical for analyzing highfreguency vibration isolation of marine power plants.
