| 摘 要： | 通过对湖南电网稳定计算分析和相应稳控措施的系统配置分析，从满足《电力系统安全稳定导则》的要求和提高电网输电能力方面，讨论了配置电力系统稳控措施的必要性，总结了配置稳控措施所需的稳定计算分析的要求和方法，归纳了稳控措施的系统配置原则和要点。
