摘    要:采用化学预处理-膜法处理电厂锅炉EDTA清洗废水,首先加入NaOH溶液将废水pH值调至13以上去除金属离子,然后用硫酸将滤液pH值调至0.5以下以析出EDTA,再用纳滤和反渗透系统净化滤液以使出水达到排放要求.该工艺可考虑采用电厂纯水生产系统报废的反渗透膜件将处理成本降低至厂家可承受的范围内,具有很好的推广应用前景.

Abstract:The process of treating the boiler cleaning waste of EDTA by membrane technology with chemical pretreatment is presented.Firstly,the NaOH was added to adjust the pH value of the waste to 13 in order to eliminate the metal ions;secondly,the sulphuric acid was put into the waste to ensure that its pH value was less than 0.5 so that the EDTA can be seperated out;at last,the nanofiltration and the reverse-osmosis system were used to purify the solution to make it meet discharge requirements.If the reverse-osmosis membrane abandoned from the pure water generating system of power plants can be used,the waste treatment cost could be acceptable and the treatment method will have a promising application prospect.
