煤层压裂工艺技术初探

摘    要:煤储层的机械性质及煤层气的形成、储集、运移、产出机理 ,均与常规油气储层不同 ,因而煤层气的压裂具有特殊性。本文针对煤粉的产生及危害、煤层压裂处理压力过高、压裂液对煤储层的危害、压裂液滤失的危害及控制等几方面原因对煤储层的特性进行了系统分析 ,提出了煤层压裂设计中应选择合适的压裂模型、适宜的压裂液及支撑剂。结合国内外煤层气勘探开发经验 ,对比分析了目前常用的压裂方法 (凝胶压裂、加砂水压裂、不加砂水压裂及泡沫压裂 )的压裂效果

Abstract:The mechanical property of coal reservoir and the mechanism of formation,storage,migration and production ofcoal bed gas are all different from conventional oil and gas reservoir, so fracturing of coal bed has its ownparticularity. This paper systematically analyzes coal reservoir properties in view of production and harmfulness ofcoal dust,extremely high treatment pressure of coal bed fracturing,damage of fracturing fluid to coal reservoir,the harmfulness of fracturing fluid loss and its control,and it proposes that proper fracturing models,fracturingfluid and proppant should be choosen in the design of coal bed fracturing,combined with experience of coal bedgas exploration and development at home and abroad,this paper compares and analyzes the results of fracturingmethods (gel fracturing, hydraulic sand fracturing, hydraulic fracturing without sand and foam fracturing )commonly used at present.
