| 摘 要： | 介绍一种将IP电话和传统电话相融合的《双网IP电话集线器1》的设计思想和实现方法,这种双网IP电话集线器可以一机双号和双网一号,供四路用户灵活地拨打或接收IP网上电话和PSTN(公共交换电话网)网上电话。
