汽轮机电超速保护系统的改造

摘    要:1号汽轮机在一次甩负荷试验中,该机组甩全负荷时转速飞升过快,其动态特性超标。主要原因是电超速保护系统的设计存在缺陷,高压油动机动作延迟。针对这种情况,对汽轮机电超速保护系统进行了改造,即在高压油动机两侧机底各加装两个电磁阀,加快了甩负荷过程中汽门的关闭速度,同时在电超速系统上增加了甩负荷发信点和快速保护电磁阀,既提高了反应速度、又增强了负载能力。该系统改造后,通过几年的运行,没有出现机组甩全负荷时转速飞升过快,动态特性超标现象,使1号汽轮机安全运行,稳定可靠。

Abstract:There are plenty of faults in the design of electric overspeed protection system.In view of this,the system the turbine is transformed,that is,two electromagnetic valves are added the bottom of both sides of high pressure enging,accelerating closing speed of the valve in the course of load shedding.Meanwhile the load shedding transmitting point and quick protective electromagnetic valve are added in electric overspeed system,both increasing reaction speed and reinforcing load capacity.After the system is transformed,the turbine is safe in operation and stable.
