虚拟生产系统规划与仿真

摘    要:生产系统是一个高度复杂的离散制造系统,用传统的方法对生产线的设计、实施与控制很难达到预期的效果。在虚拟环境下,应用面向对象仿真建模方法建立生产系统模型,利用仿真技术对生产系统的运行的性能进行分析与评价,可以在生产计划的早期,对生产系统进行参数优化和结构调整,达到优化生产过程、提高生产效率。论文以某发动机缸盖加工生产线为实例,在eM—Plant环境中建立生产线仿真模型,进行布局规划、生产线平衡和瓶颈分析,优化了生产线的配置。

Abstract:Production system can be described of a highly complicated discrete manufacturing process. It is very difficult to design for production system by traditional means. However, buiMing modeling of production system by use of Object-Oriented Modeling method in virtual environment, and analyzing and evaluating of production system performance by use of system simulating technology, we can optimize parameter and configuration of production system ahead of production plan in order to optimize production process and improve production efficiency. As the example of engine cylinder head production line, the process of modeling simulation, equipment layout and bottle-neck analysis was illuminated based on eM-Plant. So configuration of production line had been optimized.
