| 摘 要： | 某航站楼竖向支撑分为内部和外部两种梭型巨型钢管柱,最大单柱质量超过100 t.内部钢管柱采用分节安装,首节采用50 t汽车吊吊装,其余部分因结构楼板影响采用50 t门式桅杆配合卷扬机分节进行提升、滑移吊装；外部14.5°斜钢管柱采用160 t汽车吊分两节吊装.斜柱构件配置3个吊点,其中1个吊点安装手动葫芦用来调整倾斜角...

| Abstract: | The vertical support of a terminal building was divided into two kinds of internal and external shuttle-type giant steel columns.The largest single mass of steel columns was more than 100 tons with sub-sections within the installation,the first section was hoisting by 50 tons mobile crane,the rest of the floor due to the structure used 50 tons mast section with the winch to raise,slip lifting;external 14.5 ° inclined steel tube column crane with 160 tons lifting was divided into two sections.Three suspension points were set in inclined column,one point installed manual hoist crane to adjust tilt angle.The temporary used wind cable rope steel columns fixed permanently at the bottom of the second grouting. |
