UG三维建模技术在异形桥梁结构制作中的应用

太原市南中环汾河桥拱座的外形不规则,拱座外壁为钢板,属于异形结构,制作精度要求极高,运用传统的方式放样困难且达不到精度要求.为了加快放样速度,提高放样精度,利用UG软件中的钣金展开功能对拱座外壁钢板进行精确的实体建模放样.通过UG软件的应用,使得异形弯曲钣金件的放样过程变得简单易行.
