摘    要:太原市南中环汾河桥拱座的外形不规则,拱座外壁为钢板,属于异形结构,制作精度要求极高,运用传统的方式放样困难且达不到精度要求.为了加快放样速度,提高放样精度,利用UG软件中的钣金展开功能对拱座外壁钢板进行精确的实体建模放样.通过UG软件的应用,使得异形弯曲钣金件的放样过程变得简单易行.

Abstract:The abutment shape of the Fen River Bridge of south-mid-ring road in Taiyuan City is irregular,whose outer wall is a steel plate that belongs to a special-shaped structure requiring an extreme manufacture accuracy.It is difficult to the lofting using the traditional method.In order to speed up the lofting and improve the accuracy of lofting,UG software is used to do a real precise modelling lofting of the steel plate of the abutment outer wall,which can simplify the lofting process of a special-shaped bendi...
