| 摘 要： | 介绍西门子S7 PLC系统的性能特点，结合连铸机生产过程控制及其要求，调整拉速、合理控制二冷配水，提高了钢水收得率，保证连铸机顺利生产和钢坯质量稳定，并给出其控制系统的应用设计。

| Abstract: | Based on the performance characteristics of SIMATIC S7 PLC system,Combined with the process control and requirement of continuous caster,the recovery ratio of liquid steel was increased,trouble-free casting production and stable billet quality were guaranteed by adjusting casting speed and controlling secondary cooling reasonably.Moreover,the application and design of control system were offered. |
