| 摘 要： | 以脱脂大豆为原料 ,研究了 AB-8大孔吸附树脂提取和纯化大豆皂苷的方法。确定了最佳乙醇浸泡浓度为 4 0 % ,最佳流速为 2 .4 ml/ min,最佳乙醇洗脱浓度为 50 % ,建立了AB-8树脂提取大豆皂苷的方法。测定了 AB-8树脂的吸附容量为 1 0 3 .2 mg/ g,大豆皂苷的提取率为 90 %。 |

| Abstract: | The soybean saponin was extracted and purified from soybean seeds with an AB 8 resin column. Soybean seeds were soaked by the alcohol solution, distilled, and concentrated to adsorb on the AB 8 resin, which previously treated with the HCl and NaOH solution. The impuritysuch as protein and sugars can be eluted by distilled water from the AB 8 resin column, the saponin can be washed out by 50% alcohol solution. The good process of the saponin isolation has been obtained, which is 40% (v/v) extracting alcohol concentration, 50% eluting alcohol concentration, 2.4 ml/min eluting speed. In the addition, the adsorptive capacity of saponin in the AB 8 resin was 103.2mg/g, and the yield of saponin was 90%. It is an easy and practical method, which can be used to extract soybean saponin. |
